You have 14 days from delivery to return non-defective items—just email us with your order details. Items must be unworn with all tags intact. You cover return shipping costs, unless there's a quality issue.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method and include the product price only.

Are the sizes true to size?
Yes, the sizes run true to size. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for extra comfort.

What is the proper way to clean the clogs?
To clean the leather exterior, gently use a shoe brush or soft cloth to remove dust and dirt. If available, you can apply a polish in the same color and allow the shoes to dry in a well-ventilated area. For stains on the surface, lightly wipe with a soft cloth dampened with warm water, then let the shoes air dry in a ventilated space.
Important: Do not wash the clogs in a washing machine or use harsh or corrosive detergents, as this may damage the material.
